Mr. Barritt has over three decades of solid business experience. One decade he served in a large corporation’s subsidiary. As Director of Technology, it kept him involved in all aspects of the business. The remainder has been dedicated to business consulting work for small and mid-size companies with very diverse industries. His experience introduced him to some extremely talented business leaders in all functional areas of a business. In addition, he has experience with traditional, franchised operations, closely held businesses, and family held businesses.

With his extensive and diverse experience, he understands the need to have cost effective solutions that includes implementation and ongoing cost. Cost risk assessment is discussed with management so they understand their exposure with the practical reality of solutions that are not comprehensive. There are new creative solutions, however, most are adaptations of proven solutions that have known costs and risks.

Currently, Mr. Barritt has combined his experiences to offer traditional legal business services but also works as a consultant with business issues which may or may not have legal implications.

In the legal community, Mr. Barritt also works with a non-profit organization that provides legal services to indigent clients. Practice areas vary in this capacity, but there is an emphasis on family law matters.​
